CryptoLogic Inc. and Marvel Enterprises Inc. have decided to join forces and create new super hero-themed online casinos games. The leading global Internet gaming software developer and the famous character-based entertainment company signed a multi-year contract and licensing agreement in the late months of last year. Through CryptoLogic’s fully owned subsidiary, WagerLogic Limited, CryptoLogic has acquired sole ownership of all development of Marvel-branded online casinos games.
