Freddi Robinson, former owner of the hugely successful online casino software company, Playtech has announced plans to return to the online casino world. Robinson has purchased shares in a Greek casino and is looking to expand into the Cypriot market.

Where else but in the online casino gambling world can business decisions make or break a businessperson? Take the example of Freddi Robinson, one of the first owners of the hugely successful online casino software firm, Playtech. Four years ago, Robinson sold his 5% of Playtech shares for just under 4 million dollars. Had Robinson been a little more patient, he would have benefited from the boom in the online casino market and his shares would have been worth a whopping 30 million US dollars today.

However, it seems that Robinson is returning to the online casino world with a vengeance. This Israeli businessman has recently bought shares in the Greek Latrouki casino. Robinson is also looking to expand into the Cypriot market and has expressed interest in combining with a Cyprus based online casino gambling software firm to provide games and software to central and eastern Europe. The joint venture will ultimately start a new group of online casinos under the name of Miloumor and the Cypriot online casino software firm will power the casinos.

A lot has been happening at Playtech online casino firm since Robinson departed in 2003. Playtech has recently announced its decision to make available 46% of the company's shares to the public - a $460 million IPO. This makes the company one of the biggest and most successful in the online casino world.
